Therapeutic Services
Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy for children (ages 5+), adolescents, young adults, and adults. Together, we work to build emotional resilience, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical strategies for managing life's challenges in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Children and teens often seek therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, academic stress, low motivation, self-esteem concerns, peer relationships, family conflict, and school-related challenges. With my background in education and school-based mental health, I also support students navigating IEPs, 504 Plans, behavioral concerns, and school transitions.
For young adults and adults, therapy focuses on managing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions while building confidence, motivation, organization, and healthy coping skills. I also support clients as they explore identity, purpose, relationships, career direction, and creating meaningful connections within their communities.
Parent Counseling
Parenting can be both rewarding and challenging, and every family benefits from additional support at times. Parent counseling provides a collaborative space to discuss concerns, strengthen parenting strategies, and better understand your child's emotional and behavioral needs.
I work with parents and caregivers to improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, create consistent expectations and consequences, develop family and technology agreements, and increase confidence in responding to challenging behaviors. I also provide psychoeducation and specialized support for parents of neurodiverse children, helping families better understand their child's unique strengths and needs.
Family Therapy
Family therapy focuses on strengthening relationships, improving communication, and helping family members work together more effectively. Sessions provide a supportive space to explore patterns of interaction, resolve conflict, and develop practical strategies that foster healthier family dynamics.
Together, we work toward improving communication, strengthening problem-solving skills, increasing mutual understanding, and creating a home environment where every family member feels heard, respected, and supported. Family therapy can be especially beneficial during periods of transition, ongoing conflict, or when a child or adolescent is experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges that affect the family system.
